When RGV announced a magnum that would cost a whopping Rs. 340 crores, it came as a real surprise. The film maker even released the first look poster of the film with the title ‘Nuclear’. The Mushroom Cloud looking like a clown in the explosion shown in the poster is enough evidence which became a catch point for Twittery. The poster of RGV’s ‘Nuclear‘ was directly copied from a poster of 2007 for Sony for the launch of PlayStation 3. It was designed by a French advertising agency and the poster went on winning three awards the International Andy Awards 2008, the awards given for creative excellence in advertising.
That implies, RGV is under plagiarism charges with lifting the poster idea as it is and using it for his upcoming magnum opus. If this the way he begins his magnum opus with a plagiarism controversy, can we expect bigger controversies from RGV in the course of making this movie, when it actually starts it’s post-production work?
